In this interactive online workshop, you will learn why career decisions are rarely final in today's world of work and how to make good decisions even in situations of uncertainty. You will reflect on your personal values, strengths, and resources, and develop concrete next steps for your transition into professional life.

The workshop combines short expert inputs, practical reflection exercises, and opportunities to exchange ideas with fellow students. Its goal is to provide you with greater clarity, confidence, and decision-making skills as you move from university to the workplace.
