Are you working in a Career Service? Would you like to share experiences, best practice and discuss opportunities and challenges of graduates on the European labour market? If so, the Career Point at Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena is looking forward to meeting you in Jena in September.

The Career Point at Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena is dedicated to enhance and effectively secure the quality of career planning. We provide support services and qualification offers for all students and graduates at the University, regardless of their discipline-specific background. At the same time, we are constantly working to create career oriented study and support students in an individual and personal way.

The Career Point at Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena is dedicated to enhance and effectively secure the quality of career planning. We provide support services and qualification offers for all students and graduates at the University, regardless of their discipline-specific background. At the same time, we are constantly working to create career oriented study and support students in an individual and personal way. 

We are involved in national and international networks de (e.g. Coimbra Group, EC2U-Alliance, csnd e.V.).

This 5-day event is designed to facilitate networking, exchange of experience and cooperation among professionals from various countries. It comprises interactive sessions, workshops and a visit of a global working company as well as time to socialize and explore historic university sites and the city of Jena – right in the heart of Germany. 

The results of the interesting exchange is to be made available to all participants as a portfolio on the conditions of the respective labour market and requirements for application documents.

Registration

We welcome professionals in Career Services and other central graduate institutions, Career Support Staff, Academic Management or Experts in the field of career management.

We invite members from existing partner universities as well as members of non-partner universities to attend. Please note that in order to enable a great diversity of cultural and institutional perspectives we will accept not more than two representatives per institution.

The registration fee is 200 €.
