What is InspireSphere?

InspireSphere is an open exchange format that brings international students together with inspiring personalities from the field - in a relaxed atmosphere, with honest insights and lots of motivation.

Meet Marco Castañeda

Marco comes from Mexico and started his Master's degree in Business Economics in Thuringia in 2008. Today - over 11 years later - he works successfully at FFT (Flexible Fertigungstechnik), an international supplier to the automotive industry.

He knows the challenges, the opportunities - and the little tricks for finding your way in Germany.
