InspireSphere© – Get Inspired. Get Connected.
Are you an international student in Thuringia and would like to know how to shape your career in Germany?
Then InspireSphere is just right for you!
What is InspireSphere?
InspireSphere is an open exchange format that brings together international students with inspiring personalities from business, science, politics, and civil society – in a relaxed atmosphere, with honest insights and lots of motivation.
This time with a very special guest:
Meet Flora Mirzoyan, an award-winning entrepreneur who once started her success story in Thuringia as an international student:
- Flora studied German Studies in Ukraine before moving to Jena to pursue a Master’s degree in Intercultural Human Resource Development and Communication Management at FSU Jena.
- After working in marketing and PR, she founded her own company, migohead, and has since built a successful business.
- Flora has received multiple awards as an entrepreneur: in 2024 she was recognized as a “Role Model Entrepreneur” by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), in 2025 as “Entrepreneur of the Year” in Thuringia, and with the “Emily Roebling Award.”
What awaits you?
- An open interview about Flora’s career path, her challenges, and key learnings
- Tips and strategies for building a career and network in Germany
- Honest insights into entrepreneurship, innovation, and personal growth
- Exchange at eye level with Flora and fellow students
