We often show understanding to everyone else - but not to ourselves. Most of the time, we are our own harshest critics. But what if we treated ourselves like a good friend? Together, we will explore how small changes in the way we relate to ourselves can have a big impact. This workshop offers inspiration, short practices, and space for exchange - immediately applicable for more ease in your studies or your work life.

This workshop is facilitated in cooperation with the European Campus of City-Universities (EC2U), a multi-cultural and multi-lingual Alliance consisting of nine universities from diverse regions of the European Union, Friedrich Schiller University being one of them.

The speaker, Lena Schmitz, PhD researcher in Work & Organizational Psychology focusing on student health, is part of the EC2U GLADE Virtual Institute. The GLADE Virtual Institute aims at developing specific approaches in education, research, innovation and service transfer to the community in areas of the UN SDG #3: Good Health and Well-being for All.
